What to do if a student reaches out about a scheduling issue:
If a student reaches out to you because they aren't able to schedule a session with you, ask the student to take a look at their session limit balance, as this may be the reason. You can also direct them to this article in our knowledge base: What are session limits?
Additionally, please direct the student to contact our support team at support@upswing.io. We'd be happy to help!
