Campus Tutors: Why am I not able to schedule a past tutoring session?

In order for you to be able to schedule a past session on the Upswing platform, you'll need to first double-check that your account and tutor profile has been correctly set up and verified. More often than not, the reason that a campus tutor may not be able to schedule a past session with a student on Upswing is because you haven't yet added the subjects you can support to your profile.

Additionally, it's possible that your account hasn't yet been verified by the Upswing administrator / Coordinator from your school. You don't have the subjects you can teach listed on your profile

In order for students to be able to find you in a search, you need to make sure to add the courses that you're able to help with to the 'Skills' section on your profile!

Your account hasn't been verified by an Administrator / Coordinator from your school

Once you've completely set up your Upswing account, the Upswing administrator or the Coordinator from your school will need to verify your account. This is an important step: the Upswing administrator needs to confirm that you're able to support students in the courses that you've listed on your profile.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way for you to see if your account has been verified without the assistance of either an administrator from your school or the Upswing Support Team. However, if you've confirmed that you've added subjects to your profile and added your availability to your calendar and your profile is still not viewable, it's possible that your account only needs to be officially verified.
