I completed a sync session; why wasn't I paid for it?

The following information describes the most common reasons why payment did not auto-calculate for a tutorial conducted by an Upswing tutor. 

• If a tutor is 10 or more minutes late to a session, payment does not auto calculate, and Tutor Management must manually adjust payment. 
• Connectivity issues involving either the student or tutor sometimes cause payment to miscalculate. 
• Some partner schools do not permit students to exceed the scheduled session time. Be mindful of sessions that warn "No Overage Allowed" to avoid payment issues. 
• The maximum possible session length is 90 minutes. Tutors should never exceed this limit for any individual session, as Upswing doesn't compensate tutors beyond this limit.
