How to Download the Whiteboard or Chat

All students, tutors, and advisors are able to save or download the whiteboard as a PDF and the chat as a TXT file from their online session. This can be particularly helpful after a VLC session to review feedback from a tutor and complete coursework accordingly, for example.

Instructions

1. Click the Download Icon.

   The Download icon is shaped like a cloud. Depending on the size of your browser window, this will either be on the top toolbar near the camera window or on the left hand side toolbar.
   
   
   

2. Download the Whiteboard.

   Click on the 'Whiteboard' option from the download options menu to download all of the whiteboard pages as a PDF file.
   
   

3. Download the Chat.

   Click on the 'Chat' option from the download options menu to download the VLC's chat log as a TXT file.
