Students will still be able to schedule a session with you during your regular hours, but toggling this switch on gives them the ability to schedule an immediate session and get help right away.

Immediate Session Requests from Students

When a student requests to schedule an immediate session with you, you should hear a short notification sound and see a pop-up on your screen, as shown below. In this pop-up, you'll see the name of the student, and the category they're requesting assistance with.

To accept the immediate session request, simply click on the green 'Accept' button. You'll now be able to join the VLC for your session!
