In the event you'd like to communicate important information about Upswing to students before they log into the platform, you have the ability to add what are known as 'domain messages'. These messages are a great way to inform your users of important notices related to Upswing. In addition to that, they're simple to set up, quite customizable, and can be set for a duration of your choosing.
Common Uses for Domain Messages
A few potential use-cases for domain messages include:
- Helpful information about how to utilize Upswing's services
- Announcements of temporary pauses in access to Upswing's services due to holidays or campus closures
- Notices about potential delays in service, such as a delay in the amount of time it takes for tutors to complete assignment reviews
