Do students get accounts for Upswing? How does that work? How would students login to find our tutors?

Yes! Students have their own Upswing account. This allows us to provide feedback to your institution about your students’ performance. This also allows institutions to file for FTE reimbursement (if applicable). 

Student login can occur through two different ways: 

1. Directly through your school's personal portal on Upswing's servers.

2. Using your school's Single Sign-On authentication system. 

Once students are logged in, they will be able to find the support they need by searching for their class, course number, preferred Upswing tutor, or even your own school’s tutors.
