**This article provides instructions to Upswing administrators about exporting data from tables within the Admin Dashboard.

In the admin dashboard, every custom export menu will have the option to save the specific configuration of export columns you'd like to download. This will allow you as an administrator to quickly generate the exact report you need without having to select the desired columns each time you access the menu.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access a custom export menu by clicking the dropdown arrow next to any table’s 'Export' button.

  2. After you have selected the desired columns in the Custom Export menu, click the '+ Add a new custom export configuration' button in the top right corner of the modal.

  3. A box will appear to allow you to give the custom export configuration a name. If this configuration will be used by other administrators, we advise giving the configuration a name that others will understand.

  4. Once you've added a name for the custom export configuration, click the blue 'Save and Export' button. This will export the data that you selected, and save the custom export configuration.

  5. To use the custom export configuration that was previously saved, start by clicking the dropdown arrow next to any table's 'Export' button. Once the export modal is open, you should see a dropdown menu at the top of the modal that allows for you to select a custom export configuration.
