What happens if a student has a complaint about an Upswing tutor or one of our school tutors? Is there a way for them to communicate that?

At the end of every session, students are prompted to provide feedback. This feedback is collected and assessed by Upswing’s Tutor Management Team to ensure our tutors are providing a consistently superior service. We are able to provide this type of feedback about your school's tutors as well. 

We also publish tutor ratings on our platform. This not only incentivizes tutors to perform at their highest level, but also allows students to browse through reviews in the same way they might do on www.ratemyprofessor.com.

If you have a complaint about one of Upswing’s tutors, you can send an email to [e-mail]. If you have a complaint about one of your school’s tutors, you can contact your school’s Learning Center or Student Success Center administrator.
