On a PC
To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the PrntScrn button on your keyboard.
The screenshot will now be on your clipboard, and you can paste it into an email by pressing CTRL + V or right clicking and selecting Paste.
On a Mac
To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the buttons COMMAND + SHIFT + 3. This will save an image of your screen to your computer (most likely your desktop or downloads folder).
You can insert this into an email by using the paperclip icon to Attach it to the email, or by selecting the image and pressing -- COMMAND + C, then COMMAND + V to paste the screenshot into your email. You can also right click on the image, select Copy, then right click in the email body and select Paste.
