Academic integrity is a commitment to and demonstration of honesty and responsibility in an academic setting. Upswing does not condone any action or attempted action that may result in creating an unfair academic advantage for oneself.

Examples of academic integrity violations on Upswing include but are not limited to:

  • Tutors completing a student’s work for them
  • Tutors helping students with quizzes or tests
  • Tutors writing papers or portions of papers for students
  • Plagiarism (the use of someone else’s work or ideas without their consent or acknowledging the source)

Any suspected incidences of academic integrity violations may be reported to Upswing and school administrators.
