What do I do when the Assignment Review queue is empty?

Papers flow into the queue throughout the day. When there aren't many papers flowing into the queue from partner schools, tutors tend to claim assignments quickly. If the queue is empty, that means all papers have been claimed for the time being. Check back periodically to claim assignments. Otherwise, Tutor Management will do our best to alert tutors to potential surges in assignment review traffic. 

If you haven't already, please consider enabling text/email notifications to alert you when papers are added to the Upswing queue. Please note that there is a slight delay (1-2 minutes) between the time an assignment enters the queue and the time the email/SMS notification sends. 

Also, when assignment review is slow, sync tutoring is often busier, so please consider setting sync availability or immediate availability if you're looking to complete more sessions.
