Students, tutors and advisors can use the Highlighter tool to create custom opaque horizontal lines on the whiteboard. The highlighter can be used to highlight files that were uploaded to the VLC, text added to the whiteboard, equations, and more!

Instructions

  1. Click the Highlighter Icon.

Click on the Highlighter in the toolbar at the top of the whiteboard. This will open the options menu.

  3. Close the Menu.

Click on the Highlighter again in order to close the menu.

  4. Use the Highlighter!

Click and drag your cursor across the whiteboard to leave a mark! Note: the color of your cursor is the color the Highlighter will make. The highlight mark can only be drawn in a straight horizontal line.
