Users are able turn on the Grid layout of the whiteboard, which will sit behind all other whiteboard elements. This may be helpful for visualizing your learning session in a more organized way.

Instructions

  1. Click On the Grid.

Depending on the size of your browser window, the Grid tool will either be on the top of the whiteboard or to the left side as shown here. This will open a menu of different grid options with bigger and smaller sized squares.

  • Adding and removing a grid with the Grid tool will only apply to the VLC page you're currently on. If you're applying the grid while on Page 1, the grid will not appear on Page 2 or 3!
